Step by step process &ndash;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-for-kofta\"><strong>For kofta &ndash;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>For Outer coating of kofta<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Take all the ingredients (Potato, paneer, salt, bread crumbs, ginger-chili paste) in a bowl. Mix them very well. Divide it into 12 equal parts. Make 12 equal size small round balls. Keep it aside. (Photo 7 and 8)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take one portion of potato mixture and flatten it. Place one portion of the prepared stuffing mixture in the center. (Photo 9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bring the edges toward the center and seal the paneer and dry fruit mixture completely with the outer covering. (Photo 10)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make all the koftas the same way. Add cumin seeds, let it crackle. Add ginger-chili-garlic and onions. Saute for 2 minutes. Saute for about 10 to 12 minutes or tomatoes are fully cooked on medium heat. Stir occasionally. Add 1 to 2 tablespoon water if the tomato is sticking to the bottom. (Photo 18 and 19)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now add cashews into it. Mix them very well. Cook it for 1 more minute. (Photo 20)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let the mixture cool down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take the mixture into a blender jar and grind it very well using 1 cup of water. (photo 21 and 22)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, Strain the gravy using a strainer. Add chili powder, garam masala, kitchen king masala, and turmeric powder. &nbsp;Mix them very well and let it cook for 5 minutes. (Photo 25)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now add heavy cream and let it the gravy simmer on a medium flame for 2 minutes. (Photo 26 and 27)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your gravy is ready.
