The flavors have a wonderful Indo-Chinese twist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have made this dip at our potlucks party last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I topped this hot corn dip with some chopped green onion greens and then used chat papdi for dipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a huge hit at our party and was empty in no time. Everyone had gone crazy over this easy appetizer recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this dip, the corn kernels give a nice sweetness. Corn cuts through the creaminess of the cheese and also provides a slight crunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the creaminess, I like to use a combination of cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. This is to saut&eacute; the vegetables.<\/li><li>Onion: Dice the onion finely, not in huge chunks<\/li><li>Red Pepper: Make sure to chop the bell pepper finely so it&rsquo;s easier to dip<\/li><li>Corn: The great thing about this recipe is you can use fresh, Or frozen corn.<\/li><li>Cream Cheese: Use full-fat cream cheese. Soften your cream cheese before using.<\/li><li>Sour Cream: Add a lovely depth and creaminess. If you don&rsquo;t have sour cream you can use greek yogurt or plain yogurt(curd) instead.<\/li><li>Mayo: Makes the dip creamy. I have used vegan mayo.<\/li><li>Amul Cheese: I have used Amul Cheese. The cheese can be substituted. You can use cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, Monterey jack cheese, or a mixture of them all.<\/li><li>Salt: To taste!<\/li><li>Green Onion: We will need green onion whites in the dip and greens to garnish.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cookingcarnival.com\/homemade-schezwan-sauce\/\">Schezwan sauce:<\/a> What makes this dip unique and extra flavorful is the addition of Schezwan sauce. You can use homemade or store-bought.
