If you don&rsquo;t prefer spice kick, you can reduce the quantity of black pepper by half.<\/li><li>Cloves (Laung) &ndash; Add earthy and strong spice flavor to your Chai. Cloves contain anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.<\/li><li>Green Cardamom (Elaichi): It has antioxidants and cancer-fighting compounds. It adds fragrance to Chai. Let it comes to a boil, and turn off the stove.<\/li><li>Strain the Chai. Serve with some cookies or Indian snacks.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"tips-and-notes\"   class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tips and notes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>I like to grind the masala as coarse powder. However, feel free to grind in the fine powder too.<\/li><li>This Masala stays good at room temperature for up to 1-2 months in an airtight container. I highly recommend making this tea masala powder in small quantities to retain freshness.<\/li><li>Always use a dry spoon when using the chia masala for making masala chai.<\/li><li>You can also keep this masala in the freezer for more extended storage.<\/li><li>Make sure to let the spice mix sit on the plate for 10 to 15 minutes after grinding and before storing it.<\/li><li>This Indian spice mix can be added with plain water, boiled for a few minutes, and enjoyed as an immunity booster drink to heal a sore throat, cold, or cough.<\/li><li>Follow the exact measurements and ingredients the recipe uses to make the perfect chai masala.<\/li><li>Add &frac14; teaspoon of Chai ka masala powder to every cup of tea.<\/li><li>Dried mint leaves, dried tulsi leaves, and dried rose petals are optional ingredients.
