Its made quickly in the Instant Pot. Hearty quinoa and Kidney Beans with plenty of vegetables means this dish is super healthy dish and can stand on its own for dinner. This chili does carry a little heat from the Serrano Chile, but it&rsquo;s not very spicy. Heat oil, add onion and saute for a minute. Now add all the chopped vegetables. Saute for a minute or two. Add salt, Italian seasoning, Taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, Beans and washed quinoa. Mix well. Saute it for a minute. Now add Serrano peppers and water. Give it a good mix. Close the lid. Turn off the Instant pot. Press the manual button. Set the time for 5 minutes under high pressure. Let the pressure come down naturally. That&rsquo;s it!! Quinoa Chili in Instant Pot is ready.
