But you may use any veggie of your choice. Snow peas, bell pepper and Mushroom would go well. I have used Indian Ching&rsquo;s brand Dark soy sauce. That&rsquo;s why the color of the sauce is dark and not orange. If you want orange color use light soy sauce. Drain the tofu, wrap it in kitchen napkin or paper towel, place a heavy pan on top and let stand for 15 mins to press out the excess liquid.<\/p>\n<p>2. Meanwhile, take corn starch in a mixing bowl. Add water and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>3. Now add Rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, orange zest and orange juice. Mix the well.<\/p>\n<p>4. Cut the pressed tofu into cubes.<\/p>\n<p>5. Heat oil in a pan. Add grated garlic and ginger. Saute for few seconds.<\/p>\n<p>6. Add tofu and saute until lightly golden brown in color. Stir occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>7. Now add Broccoli Florets and salt. Mix and saute for a minute.<\/p>\n<p>8. Add prepared sauce and let it simmer for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.<\/p>\n<p>9. Add brown sugar, stir well and switch off the flame.<\/p>\n<p>10. Its ready!!
