We love apple bread. Quick Apple Bread Recipe is one of my all-time favorite dishes to bake every fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I used the Term QUICK APPLE BREAD in the previous sentence. Some of you are wondering why it is called Quick Bread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quick bread is called quick because it doesn&rsquo;t call for yeast and you don&rsquo;t have to wait for the bread to rise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And another reason why it is called quick bread is that you are supposed to bake it immediately after mixing the ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Eggless Apple Bread is so easy to make and the combination of the soft and chewy apples with flavors of cinnamon is divine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We make lots of apple recipes with fresh apples during the fall. We make Fruit salad recipes using apples, Apple pie, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cookingcarnival.com\/web-stories\/instant-pot-apple-butter\/\">apple butter<\/a>, apple banana bread, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cookingcarnival.com\/green-apple-pickle\/\">apple pickle<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cookingcarnival.com\/apple-pie-enchiladas\/\">apple enchiladas<\/a>, etc.,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pears are in season too. So thought let me try adding pear this time in my best apple bread recipe. And It was 100% successful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have fresh pears and want to make something with pears, this apple-pear bread recipe is perfect. This is A perfect way to use Overripe Pears sitting on your countertop<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"ingredients-required\"   class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients required<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Apples &ndash; make sure to pick apples that are good for baking like Pink Lady, Gala, or Honeycrisp. I am using Gala.<\/li><li>Pear &ndash; Any pear will work in this recipe.<\/li><li>Flour &ndash; all purpose is what you want here. Make sure to spoon and level the flour for accurate measuring.<\/li><li>Sugar&ndash;granulated white sugar is what I used but this recipe is delicious with half brown and half white sugar as well.<\/li><li>Oil &ndash; I have used a neutral oil. Butter can be substituted as well.<\/li><li>Vanilla extract &ndash; It brings a comforting flavor to the bread.<\/li><li>Baking powder &ndash; this will make the bread light and fluffy.<\/li><li>Baking soda &ndash; this will help the bread rise.<\/li><li>Salt &ndash; just a pinch to balance the sweetness.<\/li><li>Spice &ndash; We use a generous amount of ground cinnamon.<\/li><li>Milk &ndash; Makes the cake moist. Place parchment paper into a loaf pan and keep it aside.<\/li><li>In a bowl, mix sugar and milk until sugar dissolves completely. Then add oil and vanilla extract. I don&rsquo;t recommend using a mixer to combine the batter. A spatula is all you need.<\/li><li>Milk should be at room temperature.<\/li><li>Always let the bread bake for a total amount of time. Don&rsquo;t open the oven before time. Air drafts can make bread fall.<\/li><li>Bake the bread right away after the batter is mixed. It needs to go in the oven quickly.<\/li><li>For easy removal of bread, always line your baking pan with parchment paper. It helps the bread come out cleanly.<\/li><li>Different loaf pans conduct heat differently. I do not suggest using a ceramic or glass pan. If you do, you&rsquo;ll have to keep an eye on the loaf and adjust the cooking time.<\/li><li>Do not try to remove the apple Pear cinnamon bread from the loaf pan too early.<\/li><li>Due to the long baking time, sometimes you notice that the top is becoming too browned and the bread is not fully baked. I don&rsquo;t like when the skin separates from the apple and pear during baking. I don&rsquo;t like the texture it creates.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1668132020607\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">How long will the Apple Bread stay fresh?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">To prevent your apple pear cinnamon bread from getting dry should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container, wrapped in plastic, or in a large, bag for up to 5 days.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1668132039506\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Can we freeze this?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Yes!
